Tucked along a serene stretch of white sand in Castries, Sandals Halcyon Beach is the most intimate and lush of the three Sandals Resorts in Saint Lucia. Island Routes Soufrière Experience

How many people will be travelling with the group?
We expect approximately 16 to 24 travellers — big enough for great energy, small enough to feel personal and tailored.
Do I have to participate in group activities?
Not at all. This is your vacation, your way. Some travellers love to join group dinners and excursions, while others prefer quiet beach time and spa days. You're free to customize your stay as you like.
Are flights included in the price?
Flights are not included in the price. Flights with Air Canada are additional and can be booked through Pink Palm Travel or using your travel points.
This gives the greatest amount of flexibility to guests so that Pink Palm Travel can apply Sandals Resorts sales and other discounts directly to your booking.
How do payments work?
A $400 USD deposit per room (2 adults) secures your spot. Final payment is due approximately 60 days prior to departure. Custom payment plans are available — we’ll work together to set one up that suits your preferences.
As noted above, flights are not included in the price. Flights with Air Canada are additional and can be booked through Pink Palm Travel or using your travel points.
Can I upgrade my room or extend my stay?
Absolutely. If you’d like to explore other room categories or add extra nights to your stay, just let us know. We’ll help you build the perfect itinerary.
What bedding options are available?
Sandals Resorts only have king bedding configurations. If you're comfortable sharing with a friend, that's all that matters!
What is the cancellation policy?
Your Sandals Resort deposit of $400 USD is refundable up until final payment. At that point, all payments are non-refundable.
The flight cancellation policy depends on the fare you book, so please reach out to us to discuss whether you are booking your own airfare on points or with Pink Palm Travel.
Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. We can provide options and quotes to suit your coverage needs.
