JJ’s Island Routes Soufrière Experience from Sandals Grande St. Lucian (booked through Island Routes) was a standout: we boarded a speedboat from Rodney Bay, cruised down the coastline to see the majestic Piton Mountains, stopped to snorkel at Anse Chastanet, bathed in volcanic mud, dipped into a refreshing waterfall, and enjoyed a local Creole lunch.
From Jade Mountain, we took a sunset sail that was nothing short of cinematic. Dolphins even joined us, surfing alongside the boat.
And to top it off? We skipped the drive and opted for a helicopter transfer back to the airport. The birds-eye view of Saint Lucia’s lush mountains, villages, and volcanic peaks was the ultimate grand finale—and saved us over an hour of travel time.
