Luxury Level rooms are Sandals’ entry-level category—but that doesn’t mean you’re compromising on quality. These rooms come with Sandals’ signature inclusions, set in beautiful resort surroundings.

What’s Included:

• Beautifully appointed rooms with king-sized beds
• Stocked mini fridge with soda, water, juice, and local beer
• Unlimited gourmet dining at up to 16 restaurants per resort
• Premium spirits, wine, and beer at multiple bars
• Land and water sports (including scuba diving for certified divers!)
• Nightly entertainment and daily activities
• Roundtrip airport transfers + all taxes and gratuities

What’s Not Included:

• No room service at the Luxury Level

Who It’s For:

Couples who want the Sandals experience at a more accessible price point, and don’t need extra service perks like room service or concierge.

CLUB LEVEL – Elevated Service & Concierge Touches

Club Level rooms offer an upgraded experience with added amenities and service. If you love having support with dinner reservations, excursions, or just enjoy extra pampering—this is your sweet spot.

What’s Included (in addition to Luxury Level):

• Access to the Club Sandals Lounge
• Room service from 7 AM to 10 PM
• In-room liquor bar with international spirits and Robert Mondavi wine
• Dedicated Club Sandals concierge to assist with your stay
• Weekly hosted activities and resort events

Who It’s For:

Perfect for honeymoons, birthdays, or couples who want a bit more service without going full butler.

BUTLER ELITE LEVEL – The Ultimate VIP Escape

Butler suites are the most luxurious accommodations at Sandals. In addition to jaw-dropping suites (often with private pools or direct beach access), this category comes with personalized butler service.

What’s Included (in addition to Club Level):

• Private check-in, unpacking/packing assistance, and personalized service
• A dedicated butler, available via cellphone throughout your stay
• In-suite candlelight dinners, drawn bubble baths, or even breakfast in bed
• Reserved beach cabanas and restaurant seating handled for you
• 24-hour room service with custom menus

Important Note:

Sandals Resorts has a no tipping policy, except for Butlers and Spa Therapists. Your butler is going above and beyond—tipping is not only allowed but encouraged to recognize their personalized service.

Who It’s For:

Ideal for anniversaries, honeymoons, or couples who simply want to show up, relax, and be completely taken care of. Once you try it, it’s hard to go back!
