What Is the Island Insiders Club?

The Island Insiders Club is the new official loyalty program for Sandals and Beaches Resorts.

VIP Concierge Service Line

Top-tier members will receive access to a dedicated concierge team that can assist with:

Why This Matters

My Take

The Room Upgrade Hotline and personalized Welcome Home Gift are likely to become fan favourites, but I’m particularly interested to see how the Exclusive Insider Events develop. For guests who return to Sandals year after year, creating opportunities to connect with fellow Caribbean enthusiasts could add an entirely new dimension to the experience.

If you’re already a Sandals Select Rewards member, there’s nothing you need to do. Your account transitions automatically, and you’ll continue earning rewards as you always have—just with even more benefits along the way.
