When I launched Pink Palm Travel, my goal wasn’t simply to book vacations.

I wanted to build a travel business that felt different.

One where:

• Clients could ask endless questions.
• Recommendations came from firsthand experience—not just brochures.
• Every itinerary was thoughtfully planned around the people travelling, not simply the destination.

Whether I’m helping a couple choose between Sandals Saint Vincent and Sandals Grenada for their honeymoon, coordinating a multi-generational Beaches vacation with five rooms and multiple departure cities, or planning a once-in-a-lifetime European cruise, my focus has always been the same:

Helping clients make confident travel decisions.

Travel Is Personal

No two clients travel the same way.

Some want complete relaxation.

Others want adventure.

Some are celebrating anniversaries, milestone birthdays, retirement, or simply the chance to reconnect with family.

That’s why I spend so much time getting to know each client before making recommendations.

Sometimes the best advice has nothing to do with price.

It’s choosing the room category that will actually work for your family and recommending the resort that best matches your personality.

A Year of Incredible Recognition

Receiving the Diamond Readers’ Choice Award has been especially meaningful during what has already been an unforgettable year.

In 2026, I was also honoured to:

• Earn Sandals Gold Elite Advisor status.
• Receive the Global Piton Award from the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority as one of only five Canadian travel advisors recognized for promoting Saint Lucia.
• Be recognized among the Top 10% of Trevello travel advisors.

Each achievement reminds me that continuing education, destination experience, and genuine client care make a difference.
